The 2024 Judo Ontario Annual General Meeting will be held on September 29, 2024, starting at 9:30am. For further details, please refer to the attached notices.
This year, the meeting will be conducted both virtually and in-person. It is open to all registered members for the 2024-25 season. However, only blackbelts will have voting rights on agenda items. If attending virtually, blackbelts should include "BB" next to their name to indicate their voting eligibility.

The deadline to submit Declarations of Candidacy was August 20th, 2024. Judo Ontario received declarations to fill the five positions from the following individuals. Bios are included below this
notice.

Vice-President (Finance) – Heather West (Acclaimed)
Vice-President (Technical) – Kevin Doherty (Acclaimed)
Vice-President (Operations) – Justin Chan (Acclaimed)
Vice-President (Regions/Equity) – Vitaliy Polyanskyy (Acclaimed)
Since only a single Declaration was received for each vacant position, all candidates have been elected by acclamation. Congratulations and best wishes are extended to the new and returning Board members.
